I'm sorry I've bareeeely updated at all lately. Being a senior in highschool with only 3 months to go is way more hectic that I'd ever imagined!
Lets see.. I'll back it up to valentines day since I don't know when it was when i wrote my last entry and it'd be boring to read what I've done since I'm assuming it was a long time ago. So, vday. It was spirit week at my school all this past week, and thursday was tropical day and I was decked out in my beach gear (I hate new england, for the record; way too much snow allllll the time, desperately needing some sunny days soon!). I only have 4 classes a day in my block scheduling, so after 1 class we have a 10 minute break. I went to my locker a floor below my class, opened it, and saw it to be stuffed full of valentines stuff :) Colin got me a bear, flowers (tulips; my favorite!), these raspberry chocolate things that are also my favorite, and a card. For not dating for an excessive amount of time, i was really surprised. He had to work at night so i stayed home, made mac & cheese & watched rent! haha I had dance for 2 hours at night but we really didn't do much because everyone who had boyfriends didn't show, and so chelsea (the choreographer) and i just hung around the studio for a while with tanya.
Last night, it was supppppposed to be our valentines day, but we ended up going to chris's house with tiffany. that might have been a slight mistake on colin & i's part. they've been together for.. 2.5 years & fight like no couple i've ever heard of. I swear, they must have argued 50 times in the 5 hours we were there. it's absolutely INSANE, i don't get how they put up with eachother. colin & i just keep telling ourselves and eachother that we will not turn out like that, haha. we made cookies (because it was either that or all of us watch chris play playstation, and i wanted to do something) (tiffany also was so pissed at chris at this point she stayed on the couch while we made the cookies) (chris and colin are also very proud of the fact that they are both excellent cooks) and chris decided that colin & i needed to help him make them, but at the same time wanted to final say on everything we did. colin & i got everything ready concerning the dough BESIDES the butter, which chris handled. the stupid fuck melted 2 sticks of it, and dumped it in to the mixer. i looked at him and freaked because, i, not being a great cook but a great baker, knew that that just fucked up the cookies. chris told me i had know idea what i was talking about and that they'd be fine. welllll... the cookie dough? like you were sucking on a stick of margerine; and the cookies?! haa... they barely even baked, and were greasy and dark and, terrible. tiffany had a great time with, "you should have listened to lorynnnnnnn!). we watched a movie and i cuddled with colin til about 2 when i brought tiffany home and went home haha.
i'm hoping, this week, we can have our actual date night sans all the fighting of our friends. we are going out for tiffanys birthday tonight, bowling, which is the 3rd time we've celebrated her birthday.
i have vacation alllll next week, and 2 weeks from yesterday i'm going to be in georgia! :)
